However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Our return policy allows you to return any unused and unworn items within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer support team by email to request your return authorization number.
- Once you receive the return authorization number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging.
- Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition. If the item(s) meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that the following conditions apply to our return policy:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, including clearance items, are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package to arrange for a replacement or refund.
